By downloading, installing, or using Boost LogiX ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Boost LogiX grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control. Your licence is tied to your account and may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
Boost LogiX is a data analysis and visualisation tool. It reads and analyses ECU log files and binary ROM files exported from third-party logging software. It does not modify, write to, or interact with any vehicle hardware or software.
For the avoidance of doubt: the Software is an analysis tool only. It never modifies, writes to, edits, or creates tune files, ROM files, calibration files, or ECU data, and it cannot flash, program, or otherwise alter your vehicle's ECU. There is no feature, mode, or function of the Software that changes your tune in any way. All tune, ROM, and binary files the Software opens are opened strictly read-only.
The Software's "Log Doctor" feature operates exclusively on EvoScan CSV log files. It repairs structural formatting problems (such as text encoding, line endings, delimiters, junk lines before the header row, and unrecognised column names) so that a log can be parsed and analysed. It never alters logged data values, and it never reads, writes, or touches tune, ROM, calibration, or ECU files. Where a repaired log is saved, it is saved as a new file; your original files are never overwritten.
All analysis outputs — including Tune Health scores, Virtual Dyno estimates, alert flags, Tune AI and Workshop AI responses, AI-generated summaries, and Tune Correction Reports — are informational only. They are reference data for discussion between you and a qualified tuner. They do not constitute professional tuning advice, a recommendation to modify your vehicle, or a directive to change any hardware or software settings. A "Tune Correction Report" is a document of suggested discussion points for a qualified tuner; the Software itself does not and cannot apply any correction to your tune.
Any decision to modify your vehicle based on information provided by Boost LogiX is made solely by you and carried out entirely outside the Software. Boost LogiX is not a party to that decision.
Subscription access is activated and checked server-side against your Boost LogiX account. The Software does not use local licence keys for activation.
You must create an account to use Boost LogiX. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The free tier provides access to the Overview tab and unlimited log loading. All additional analysis tabs, PDF/TXT export, Virtual Dyno, Tune AI and Workshop AI require an active Pro subscription.
Pro is a recurring subscription that grants access to all analysis tabs, PDF and text export, Virtual Dyno, Tune AI and Workshop AI — everything is included in the single Pro plan. Pro begins with a 7-day free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel at any time before then without charge. Pro is billed either monthly ($12.99 USD/month) or annually ($99.99 USD/year), at your choice. This subscription is per-account and non-transferable. Pro also includes up to 3 saved Garage car profiles and up to 5 Live Dyno runs per session (Workshop: unlimited Garage profiles and up to 10 runs per session).
Pro includes a monthly allowance of AI queries (currently 50 queries per month) shared across Tune AI and Workshop AI, which resets on the 1st of each calendar month. Cancelling your subscription removes Pro access (including AI features) at the end of the current billing period.
Workshop is a recurring subscription designed for professional tuning shops. It grants everything included in the Pro subscription (Section 4), plus: white-label client reports carrying your business's branding, a shop letterhead footer, and customer, vehicle and job-reference fields; AI-written customer summaries on client reports; a Job Book for tracking customers, vehicles and jobs; Before/After tune reports; email delivery of client reports to your customers, up to 25 sends per day; unlimited saved Garage car profiles with cloud backup and up to 10 Live Dyno runs per session; an increased allowance of 200 AI queries per calendar month, shared across Tune AI and Workshop AI, resetting on the 1st of each calendar month; per-car Tune Map bin memory and whole-session multi-log overlay; a commercial-use licence; priority support; and early access to new features. Workshop is billed either monthly ($25 USD/month) or annually ($199 USD/year), at your choice. This subscription is per-account and non-transferable. Unlike Pro, Workshop does not include a free trial. Founder pricing (Sections 5 and 5A) applies to the Pro subscription only and is not available for Workshop.
Commercial-use licence: notwithstanding the personal-use licence in Section 1, an active Workshop subscription grants you permission to use the Software and its analysis outputs (including reports, charts, Virtual Dyno estimates and Tune AI responses) in paid work performed for your customers. All outputs remain informational reference data as described in Section 1A; the disclaimers in Sections 1A, 8 and 9 apply equally to commercial use, and you are solely responsible for any advice you give to, or work you perform on, a customer's vehicle.
Cancelling your Workshop subscription removes Workshop access (including its AI allowance and commercial-use licence) at the end of the current billing period, in the same way as Pro.
During the first 100 Pro subscriptions of Boost LogiX, founder pricing of $7.99 USD/month or $64.99 USD/year is available. Once 100 founder spots are taken, new subscriptions are billed at the regular rate of $12.99 USD/month or $99.99 USD/year.
If your account was granted founder pricing (during the first 100 Pro subscriptions of Boost LogiX), your founder rate of $7.99 USD/month or $64.99 USD/year is held for the life of your continuous Pro subscription. Cancelling and later re-subscribing will resume at the then-current regular rate.
Upgrading is not cancelling: if you upgrade from Pro to the Workshop plan, your founder entitlement is preserved for as long as a paid Boost LogiX plan remains active on your account. Should you later move from Workshop back to Pro, your founder rate applies again, provided a paid plan (Pro or Workshop) remained active throughout the change — start the new Pro subscription before your Workshop plan ends. To return to Pro at the founder price, subscribe through the app's founder checkout or contact support; plan changes made in the customer portal are billed at standard rates. The founder entitlement lapses when all paid plans on your account have ended. Switching between monthly and annual billing preserves your founder entitlement; note that the customer portal's plan-change options are billed at standard rates, so founder-rate subscribers should contact support to switch billing period while keeping the founder price.
Boost LogiX reserves the right to adjust the monthly quota and/or price of grandfathered founder subscriptions in response to material changes in the cost of the underlying Claude API (Anthropic) that are outside our control. Where any such change is necessary, we will:
This clause exists so that a substantial, unanticipated increase in upstream API costs does not force us to discontinue founder pricing altogether. It is not a licence to raise prices for ordinary commercial reasons.
Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for Boost LogiX purchases. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions. Boost LogiX does not store payment card details.
You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software. You must not attempt to bypass subscription checks or quota limits. You must not use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Tune analysis results, Virtual Dyno estimates, and Tune AI responses are for reference and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional tuning advice. Boost LogiX is not responsible for any engine damage, mechanical failure, vehicle issues, or financial loss arising from use of the Software. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any modifications made to your vehicle hardware or software, including any changes made in reliance on analysis results, Virtual Dyno estimates, or Tune AI responses provided by the Software. Misuse of the Software or its outputs is entirely at your own risk.
Tune AI, Workshop AI, the in-app assistant, and AI-generated customer summaries are generated by an artificial intelligence model (Claude, developed by Anthropic). AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They should not be treated as the advice of a qualified tuning professional, and no AI feature of the Software can modify, or instruct the Software to modify, any file or vehicle.
Boost LogiX provides an in-app submission feature that allows you to submit log files and ROM binary files to Lucio Tuned, an independent third-party tuning service. Boost LogiX's role is limited to transmitting your uploaded files to Lucio Tuned on your behalf.
Any tuning services, commercial agreements, pricing, advice, or outcomes arising from your submission are solely between you and Lucio Tuned. Boost LogiX is not a party to any agreement between you and Lucio Tuned and accepts no liability for any tuning work performed, advice given, results achieved, or losses incurred in connection with Lucio Tuned's services.
Boost LogiX does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, safety, or suitability of any tuning services provided by Lucio Tuned or any other third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost LogiX's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Software is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Features identified as beta may change, be withdrawn, or remain unavailable while they are evaluated. Beta access does not create a promise of a production release or a particular level of support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via the in-app update banner or email.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded or modified.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
